Edward J. Toy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Technology Officer

Prior to founding ELA in 1989, Mr. Toy held a number of positions in ASIC Design (GaAs, NMOS, CMOS, and ECL technologies), computer architecture development, and systems engineering. Mr. Toy holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Mr. Toy has been published in a number of technical forums, has presented at a number of technical conferences, and has been a panelist at various technical conferences including IEEE ITC2001. Mr. Toy has been a member of the IEEE for over 20 years.

Wayne W. Bennett Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Bennett is a licensed Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of business experience. He holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics. Before coming to ELA in 1999, Mr. Bennett held positions as partner/owner in several Public Accounting firms and served as a Director and Credit Policy Chairman for California Bancshares, Inc. (CABI), a $1.6 billion bank holding company. He is a member of The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
